A domain with no deadline
is a hobby.

Give flipwright a domain, a date you must be rid of it by, and the price you will not go below. It gives you back the date the asset has to be finished, the build tier that window can actually pay for, and the exact dates the asking price steps down.

The same engine runs a real portfolio every morning. When it plans your domain it is not demo math.

Plan a domain

What the domain already has

The share link contains the plan, and the last price in the schedule is your floor — so share it with someone you would show your bottom line.

What it actually does

  1. Works backwards from the date. The build has to be finished at 40% of the window, the listing live at 50%. A plan whose build date has already passed is not a plan, so the tier drops.
  2. Picks the tier the window can pay for. Under 14 days only a for-sale page is honest. A month buys a small content asset. A quarter buys programmatic pages. Affiliate revenue needs runway and proof.
  3. Steps the price on a schedule, not on mood. The first cut closes a third of the gap between asking and floor, the second lands just above the floor, the third is the floor. The last 10% is the no-reserve decision.

The math, in the open

Milestones are percentages of your window: build done 40%, listed 50%, cuts at 60/80/95%, final window opens at 90%. Prices are gap-based, rounded down so a cut never raises a price, and clamped so nothing ever goes below your floor.

flipwright does not appraise a domain it has no comparable sales for. Ask for a valuation with no comps and it will refuse rather than invent a number — a fabricated comp is how a domain gets sold for the wrong amount.
